Miss Eva Dunn, the nineteen-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. [Hattie] Dunn of the Third ward, died at 11 o'clock a. m. today from the effects of a surgical operation performed last Thursday of an abscess in the region of the abdomen. High hopes for her recovery were entertained until last night, when a relapse in her condition occurred, which resulted in her death.
Miss Dunn was 19 years of age and was born in Provo City, but lived in Park City for a number of years, where her father was engaged in business. She was a beautiful and accomplished young lady, and her death will be deeply felt by her parents and her many relatives and friends.
