Loretta Bell (Dunn) Bond, age 74, passed from this life on March 9, 2011, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
She was born in Garvin County, Oklahoma on November 25, 1936, to Oliver Lafate Dunn and Pearl Pauline (Buckner) Dunn.
On June 20, 1955, she married Jasper Bond in Jal, NM. They enjoyed over 55 years of marriage before he preceded her on her Heavenly journey on January 7, 2011.
She was a member of the Cornerstone First Assembly of God Church.
Mrs. Bond leaves to cherish her loving memory two sons: Kendal Jasper Bond of Odessa and Leslie Wayne Bond and wife Abigail Ann of Jal; daughter: Sharon Kay Clary of Odessa; three brothers: Royce Dunn and wife Glenda of Kermit, Doyle Dunn and wife Lois of Odessa, and Alton Dunn and wife Peggy of Jal, NM; sister: Karon Moffett of Las Cruces, NM; grandchildren: Chad, Jonathan, Candace, Michael, Summer, Misty, Amanda, Chiane, and Becky; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Her parents; her husband: Jasper Bond; and one granddaughter: Crystal Kay Clary, precede her in death.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Cornerstone Worship Center, 1821 East Yukon, Odessa, officiated by Rev. Johnnie Storz.
Interment will follow at Kermit Cemetery in Kermit, TX at 1 p.m.
