Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens
Alice Ann Duncan of Pensacola, FL, formerly of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Sunday, October 16th, 2022, surrounded by her family at Brookdale Senior Living Facility in Pensacola.
Born in Louisville, KY on May 6, 1933, to the late Walter and Alice Ann Borders, she was 89 years of age. She lived her life for her family and was able to stay at home with each of her four children as they grew up.

She and our Daddy, James L. Duncan, met in middle school and dated off and on throughout high school. They married on July 29, 1952, and were married 53 years, only to be separated by his passing on May 4, 2005. They lived all over the United States as they were moved to new stations with the Air Force. They also spent two years abroad when Daddy was stationed in Taiwan. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Wease on October 19, 2020.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Judy (Larry) Stegall of Pensacola, her son Jimmy Duncan of Pensacola, her daughter Michelle (Phil) DeMonte of Cartersville, GA, her granddaughters, Brittany (Michael) Smith of Milton, Rachel (Henry) Hilliard of Pace, Tyra (Bradley) Nunn of Lawrenceburg, her grandsons, Travis (Sarah) Butler of Hillview, Todd (Gina) Butler of Shepherdsville, and Justin (Kim) Stegall of Wappingers Falls, NY as well as 13 great grandchildren, Nathan, Norah, Kayleigh, Awsten, John, Maddie, Camlin, Alexis, Timothy, Tucker, Audrey, Callie, and Layla.

The visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 21st, at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, 1985 W Nine Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL, 32534. The service will be held following the visitation. She will be laid to rest beside her late husband in Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens after the service.
