Her father was John "Jack" Henry Duncan and her mother, Lulu Belle (Goodwin) Duncan.
She was 7 years old when she left Texas and came to Harrington, WA with her widowed mother. She attended the Harrington school. After school she worked for the WWP Company in Harrington.
She died after a brief illness at the Wenatchee Deaconess Hospital. She had been operated on 9 days earlier for an appendectomy, and gall stone operation.
She married Glen Johnson 20 November 1917 in Spokane, WA.
They lived in Spokane, WA and then moved to Hunters, WA. Going from there to Canada where they lived several years.
In later years they lived at Entiat, WA.
They had one son:
