the daughter of William and Agnes (Johnson) Duncan. She graduated from Cannon Falls
High School on June 1, 1949. Following high school, she worked at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She served with the US Army in Tokyo during the Korean Conflict. While in Tokyo, Sally played on a fast-pitch softball team, the Tokyo Roof Toppers. She was honorably discharged on February 25, 1953. She married Dean "Tex" Voshalike on June 27, 1953
She worked for 44 years at Minnesota Malting Company in
Cannon Falls, where she was a laboratory technician.
Sally was a fan of women's athletics, especially the MN Gopher Women's
sports. She loved playing softball, bowling, and coaching softball
following her many years of playing. She also enjoyed old-time
dancing, and was a member of the P.O.L.K. of A., a polka dancing club.
Sally is survived by her three daughters, Barb (Richard) Simon, Brenda
Voshalike and Christine (Trevor) Dawley,
