MRS CORDELIA J. DUNBAR
EUGENE, April 30 (Special) – Mrs. Cordelia J. Dunbar, 650 West Seventh street, the daughter of the late A. H. and Cordelia St. Clair Johnson, for whom two Portland streets were named, died at her home here yesterday. The streets are Johnson and St. Clair streets on the west side.
Mrs. Dunbar was born March 25, 1864 in Portland, and was married there in 1885 to Thomas N. Dunbar. They came to Eugene in 1895. She was a member of the Christian Science church.
Surviving are the widower, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Parkhurst of Eugene and Mrs. Caroline Hibbard of Portland; a brother, A. T. Johnson of Sacramento, Cal. Her only child died in 1929.
Christian Science services will be held Monday, 9 A.M. at the Poole Chapel, and a graveside service at the Riverview cemetery in Portland.
