Mrs. Mary Lou Knight of 2025 Hunter Hill Road, Blythewood, S.C., entered into rest Saturday, September 11, 1982, at a Columbia, South Carolina hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Platt's Funeral Home, Augusta, Ga., with the Revs. William Simmons and John Bryan officiating. Interment will be in the West View Cemetery. Mrs. Knight, a daughter of the late Phillip Newton and Ethel Lena Burch Veal, was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a service assistance operator at Southern Bell Telephone Company. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Milton G. Knight; three sons, John Thomas Dunaway II, Columbia, John Tate Dunaway Jr., Mooresville, N.C., and James Bradford Dunaway, Lake Lure, N.C.; two daughters, Toni D. Shuttle and Nora Louise Dunaway, Charlotte, N.C., and three sisters, Laurette Ballentine and Louise V. Ballentine, Blythewood, and Vivian Weeks, Augusta, Ga.
