JAMES H. DUFFEE "Rocky" Hobart, Indiana James H. Duffee - Better known as "Rocky", passed away Tuesday September 2, 2008 at the age of 82. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II and the Korean War. As a Hobart socialite for over 40 years, he enjoyed Wheelin'& Dealin', a good jitterbug and Animal Planet. Survivors include: 3 daughters, Darla (Michael) Wasick, Dena (Thomas) Kenney & Michelle (Randy) Blackford; 1 granddaughter, Charlene Wasick; 2 brothers, Finley and Jerry Duffee; 2 sisters, Rosie (Jim) Fields and Mildred Duvall; generous friends, Mark Perko, Christine Rath and Tammy Orr. He will be missed by all Northwest Indiana Fleamarketers. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Duffee in 1988. Funeral services are Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 9 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Rev. Bill Barrow officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Hobart.
