DAVIS Services for Sharon Sue Bollin-Pruitt, 62, will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Densman officiating and Chaplain Denise Balmer assisting. Interment will follow in Claud Cemetery.
Born July 13, 1945, in Grandview, Texas to Bennie and Martha Mozzelle Moore Duckett, Sharon died on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at her residence in Ratliff City. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jimmy Duckett.
Sharon married and moved to Dallas, then moved to Seminole where she lived and worked as a beautician for 10 years. She later moved to Davis where she met and married Billy "Bill" Charles Pruitt. They made their home in Ratliff City the last 21 years. Sharon was employed for 17 years by First National Bank in Davis as a bank teller. She was employed by Landmark Bank nearly ten years before retirement due to health reasons.
Survivors include her husband; daughter, Robin Davis and her fiance', James Sullivan, Davis; two step-sons, Dusty Pruitt and his wife, Julie, Velma, and Mickey Pruitt and his wife, Cheryl, Ratliff City; two brothers, Steve Duckett and his wife, Gay, North Richland Hills, Texas, and Teddy Duckett, Alvarado, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Doyle Marbut, Alvarado, Texas; grandchildren, Johnathan Davis and his wife, Meghan, Katie, Brook Lynch and her husband, Bobby, Ardmore; step-grandchildren, Tyler Pruitt and his wife, Kimmie, Liberal, Kan., Barkley Pruitt, Whitney Pruitt, both of Ratliff City, Jessica Pruitt, Velma; great-grandchildren, Ayden Paul Lynch and Jaspur Callen Davis; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Dennis and Patti Russell, Doyle and Colleen Carroll, Ruth Elliott, Norman and Judy Shiplett, Gary, Winona and Jessie Parsons family, Juli Johnson, Landmark Bank and Cross Timbers Hospice employees.
Bearers will be Dennis Russell, Mike Lee, John Paul Davis, Mike Fiorillo, Billy Priddy, Kevin Birch, Norman Shiplett and Gary Parsons. Honorary bearers are Doyle Carroll, Randy Moore, Jim Pratt, Bob Willis,and Dustin Russell.
