Mrs. June Alexander of 506 West Main Street, Honey Grove, died suddenly at 9:42 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 1985, at McCuistion Medical Center in Paris.
Mrs. Alexander was born at Honey Grove December 8, 1919, the daughter of John and Marguerite Fein Dryden.
She was married at Durant, Oklahoma, January 1, 1939, to Thomas Ansley Alexander who preceded her in death on February 27, 1984.
She was a bookkeeper for Alexander Lumber Company in Honey Grove several years ago and she was a member of the McKenzie United Methodist Church at Honey Grove.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 10th, at Cooper-Sorrells Chapel with the Rev. Shaun Wicker officiating. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jack Shelton, W. E. Newberry, Joe Bowie, Wyatt Bell, Alvin Fields and Bill Roberts.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ricky 'Suzanne' Glover of Honey Grove and one grandson, Marcus Glover of Honey Grove; several nieces and nephews.
A brother, John Dryden preceded her in death.
