An evening funeral mass will be held on Thursday at 6:00 PM at St. Michael's Church in Canfield for Rosemary Becker of Canfield who passed away on Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth's Health Center.
Rosemary was born December 29, 1916 in Youngstown, the daughter of Lawson and Marie (Linen) Dripps and was an Administrative Assistant at the Industrial Information Institute Inc. in Youngstown where she retired in 1982.
She was a member of the Altar Guild at St. Michael's, the A.A.R.P. in Canfield, a Friend of the Boardman Library, and was a member of the Jaycee-ettes in Youngstown. Rosemary was a member of the Sujettes Card Club since graduating from Chaney High School.
Rosemary leaves three daughters: Cynthia Kooyman, Deborah (Jack) Yorkovich, and Tracey (David) Pritchard, all of Canfield as well as a sister Olga Jean Forsythe of Youngstown and a brother Lawson E. Dripps of Canfield. She also leaves six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband William G. Becker, whom she married June 23, 1938 and passed away on February 20, 1985. A son Frederick also preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Michael's Church at 281 Glenview Rd. Canfield, OH 44406
