Mrs. Helen Braun, 64, 504 East 20th St., died Sunday night at St. Anthony Hospital, after a lengthly illness.

Funeral services wll be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria. Friends may call at Brock’s North Hill Chapel from 7:30 p.m. today until time of service. The Christian Mothers of St. Boniface Church of Vincent will conduct a rosary service at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brock’s.

Survivors include her husband, Dan J.; a daughter, Mrs. John McMillin, Hays; two sons, Gerald, and Donald, both of Hays; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Speier, Hays; Mrs. Andrew Braun, Victoria.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and eight brothers.

Moving to Hays in April of 1968, they had lived for many years on a farm south of Victoria.

Daniel J. Braun, 89, retired farmer, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998. Rosary 7 p.m. today, Hays Memorial Chapel; service 10 a.m. Saturday, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors: sons, Gerald, Donald, daughter, Delores McMillin, all of Hays; stepsons, Alfred and Harold Linenberger, both of Hays, Howard Linenberger of Denver; sister, Anna Marie Braun of Great Bend; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Memorial has been established with Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
