Mrs. Catherine Braun, 88, Walker, died at St. Anthony Hospital Wednesday. A lifetime Walker resident, she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, in 1957.

Survivors include five daughters, Miss Salome Braun, Miss Margaret Braun, both of Walker, Mrs. Leo (Adolphina) Staab, Mrs. Isidore (Mary) Staab, both of Hays, Mrs. John (Regina) Manik, Pueblo, Colo.; four sons, Acquline, Pueblo, Anslem, Kilian, both of Walker, Peter L., Hays; six brothers, Mike P. Dreiling, Dan, Bill, Nick, Anselm, and Herman, all of Victoria; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Christian Mothers and Third Order of St. Francis. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ann's Church, Walker. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Cline's Mortuary, Victoria, until service time.
