Mrs. Pearl Cox who was taken to Kansas City [MO] a week ago in a critical condition failed to rally and passed away Wednesday morning. The remains were shipped to Bayard Wednesday afternoon and the funeral was conducted Friday from the home and burial was in Lone Elm cemetery.
Mrs. Cox was held in highest esteem by a host of friends who extend sincere sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
