Martha Francis Hughes-Doyle wife of Samuel Lafayette Doyle, Jr. was the daughter of John Hughs and Kisiah Dunlap who according to Pike County, Illinois were married on April 15, 1858. Martha was born May 5, 1875. To this union the following children that we know of as the printing of the scrapbook: Martha Francis, Carrie, William Benjamin Huffman James E. and John E. Much of her family is buried in Hontubby Cemetery, Hontubby, Oklahoma. Martha died September 11, 1942 of high blood pressure.
