ALICE ROCKEFELLER DOWNS, 84, of the 9600 block of Capeview Ave., died Dec. 21, 1990. Mrs. Downs, a native of Mathews County, was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany. She was also a member of Brookland Park Women's Club, Richmond. Survivors include her husband, John Wilson Downs; a daughter, Alice B. Hatcher of Kinston, NC; three sons, Warren Bridgers, George R. Bridgers and William E. Bridgers, all of Henrico County; a sister, Evelyn R. Mason, and a brother.
