Mrs. Atha Cain, 91 of Eminence died Saturday, June 9th at the King's Daughters Hospital, Shelbyville, after a short illness. She was a member of the Eminence Christian Church and the Bland Ballard Chapter of the DAR.
She is survived by on son: James Cain, Eminence; one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Monday, June 8th at the Ricketts Funeral Home, Eminence. Rev. Eddie Phoenix, pastor of the Eminence Christian Church, officiated, assisted by Rev. Michael Duncan, pastor of the Eminence Baptist Church. Interment was in the Eminence Cemetery.
