Harold Keeney Doulton's "I Remember," which credits J. J. Mitchell for bringing to fruition an idea spawned by Borein, Elmer Awl and Sam Kramer. Doulton worked with the RVs for 31 years, retiring as assistant manager, and is a man of few words. "Nothing particularly unusual happened on the rides from 1949 through 1955," he wrote.
