Darla died at home at the age of 54. The daughter of Floyd and Geneva (Zeigler) Douglas. She married Steven Bricker on Oct. 3rd, 1971. Her husband Steven died on June 16th of 2000, after 28 years of marriage. She graduated from Beautician School and worked as a hairdresser in Colorado, she attended A.I.C. for two years in the Quad Cities. She later became an Administative Assistant at the Rock Island arsenal for 10 years in Illinois. She loved John Wayne Movies and Elvis Presley and the time spent in Germany and Colorado. Darla is survived by her daughters Julie Iverson of Davenport, Iowa and Christina Bowman of Andalusia, Illinois. And a son Corey Bricker, of Rock Island, Illinois, though son Corey is presently serving in Iraq. 4 grandchildren, Shaylynn, Cheyenne, Dustin, and Marisa. A sister Sharon Williams of Golden, Colorado.
