PASSES AWAY AT HOME OF SISTER
Miss Celia Doty, Town of Vinland, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Maude Harper, 445 Harrison Street, Sunday afternoon, at 4:30 p.m. o'clock. She had been in failing health for over a year with a heart ailment.
Miss Doty was born Dec. 19, 1882, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Doyt, in the town of Vinland and had lived with an aunt and uncle. Mr. and Mrs. John Olson, in that township until moving to Oshkosh a short time ago to live with her sister.
Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Harper and Miss Della Doty, Oshkosh, Mrs. Albert MacGregor, Chicago, Mrs. Henry Rennert, Menlo Park, Calif., three nephews and one niece.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Spike and McDonald Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Daum officiating. Burial will be in Plummer's Cemetery, Town of Oshkosh.
Friends may call at the funeral home from Tuesday evening up to the hour of the service.
