Mrs. Malinda F. Cofer, 87, of Dawson, died Tuesday April, 22, 1980 at Perry Manor.
Daughter of James and Susan Dooley, Mrs. Cofer was born Oct. 14, 1892, in Kentucky. She married Harry Cofer in Kentucky Aug. 30, 1911.
Survivors include two sons, Merlin Cofer, Dear Lodge, Mont., and David Cofer, Las Vegas, Nev.; four daughters, Mrs. Bill (Mary) Weddle, Dawson, Mrs. Fred (Alma) Owen, Jefferson; Mrs. Claude (Grace) Malloy, Las Cruces, N.M.; and Mrs. Frank (Mabel) Clayton, Copperas Cove, Texas; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
Also a brother, Montie Dooley, of Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Liza Jarrett and Mrs. Grace Smith, both of Illinois; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sons, six grandchildren, several brothers and sisters.
