Lois J. Clifton, 86, went home to be with our Lord and Savior August 3, 2011 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 9th; 10AM at Lohman Funeral Home DeLand, interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
Mrs. Clifton was born in Titusville, FL in 1924 but lived most of her life in Daytona Beach and DeLeon Springs. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Loran E. Clifton and son, Donald L Clifton.
Survivors include her daughter, Janet L. (Mark) Allore of Martinez, GA; a brother, David (Reba) Donaldson of Ocala, FL; a grand-daughter, Kimberly Clifton of DeLand, FL; and daughter-in-law, Vera K. Clifton of DeLeon Springs, FL.
Her hobbies and interests included needlework, puzzles, reading and fishing. She will be very missed.
