James R. Domina, 90, died Jan. 14, 2012, at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. He was born in Quebec, Canada, and lived in Stuart since 1986, coming from Brockville, Ontario, Canada.

He was a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II.

Before retirement, he was president/CEO of Gilbarco, a subsidiary of Exxon/Mobil Oil, for more than 40 years. He was a member of Ballantrae Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Monarch Golf & Country Club in Palm City and Eagle Marsh Golf Club in Jensen Beach.
