Beverly Jean Dodge, 55, of Elmer passed away on October 29, 2008. Mrs. Dodge was the daughter of the late H. Alden & Jean Dodge. Throughout her life, everything that Beverly has done was for the sole purpose of helping and benefiting others. She has worked for the past 30 years for the SJ Hospital System in Elmer and was currently the Director of Volunteers. She was a volunteer at Appel Farm, she was involved with the 4H Exchange Student Program, providing housing to many students over the years as well as spending countless hours volunteering for many organizations and activities in the community. Again, she spent many hours crocheting and cross-stitching and there are many individuals enjoying the fruits of her labor today. Beverly was also a very active and devoted member of her church, The Church of the Good Samaritan in Paoli, Pa.
She is survived by many family members and friends.
The service will follow the viewing at the church at 11am with interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Elmer. Published in the Today's Sunbeam on 11/1/2008
