Annette Dobbs At home in San Francisco on March 19, 2012 with her family around her. Beloved wife of the late Harold S. Dobbs; loving mother of Stephen and Victoria Dobbs, Marilyn Dobbs Higuera, Greg and Carol Dobbs, Cathy and Phil Goldstein, and the late Rusty Dobbs; devoted grandmother of Aaron and Marissa, Susana and Jeff, David and Jesse, Jason and Jill, Alex, Joshua, Gabriel, Noah G., Noah D., Ari, and Hallie; and great-grandmother of Jordan, Ryan, and Elliot. Daughter of the late Vera Lehrer. Sister of Harvey and Nancy Lehrer, the late Pearl and Al Slayen, and the late Harold and Lee Lehrer. She also was a loving aunt and dear friend to many. Annette was an extraordinary and passionate woman who mentored many people and whose good deeds influenced many lives. Special thanks from Annette's family to Dr. James Davis, and the caregivers and staff from JFCS Seniors at Home, and San Francisco Towers.
A memorial service and reception will be held at 11:00AM on Sunday, March 25th, at Congregation Emanu-El, at Lake and Arguello in San Francisco. Private interment will have taken place at Home of Peace Cemetery in Colma.
