BOSSIER CITY, LA Graveside Ser-
vices for Maj. Thomas G. Dobbins
(Retired U.S. Air Force), 69, will be held
at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2001 at
Rose Neath Cemetery, with full
military honors.

Family will receive friends from 5 p.m.
until 8 p.m., Monday. Aprii 9. 2001
at Rose-Neaths Bossier Chapel.

Mr. Dobbins died of natural causes,
Saturday, April 7. 2001 at Willis
Knighton Hospital-Greenwood Road.
He was born in Jackson, Ohio and was
a resident of the Bossier and
Shreveport area for 30 years. He
owned and operated Bossier Hobbies
and Craft for 30 years. Mr. Dobbins
was a member of S.H.A.R.K.S.
Modeling Club.

He was preceded in death by his fa-
ther and mother, Thomas W. and Laura
A. Dobbins.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years,
Carolyn Dobbins of Bossier City, LA;
sons, Thomas E. Dobbins and wife
Becky of DeRidder. LA, R.J. Dobbins
and wife Tracy of Conroe, TX, and Jeff
Dobbins and wife Carol of Bossier City,
LA: daughters, Katherine A. Beard and
husband Jerry of Lafayette, LA, Heidi
Jo Harrell and husband Larry of
Haughton, LA and Jacqueline Bayes
and husband Jim Bo of Finchville, KY;
grandchildren, Erin, Kelly, Ryan Beard,
Ashley Harrell, Stephanie, Tommy and
Christopher Dobbins, J.T. Bayes; sis-
ter, Sally Ann Foster of Cincinnati,
Ohio: brother, Jack Dobbins of
Chiliicothe, Ohio: sister-in-law, Erma
La Verne Sprague of Zeeland, Ml.
Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas
E. R.J.. Jeff, John Toon, Jake Shire,
Don Bingham.
