Judy Marie Duley, 68, of Parkersburg passed away Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
She was born May 21, 1944, in Washington County, Ohio, a daughter to the late Violet and Walter Dobbins. She attended Pleasant View Baptist Church, and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Payne, Angenora Payne, Earnest Deem, Delsa Matters and Frankie Hinton; brother, Walter F. "Junior" Dobbins, and grandson, Ryan Duley.
She is survived by her husband Verl Duley Sr.; daughter, Lisa Duley; sons, Greg Duley (Monica), Kenneth Duley (Jennifer), Jason Duley (Amber), Richard Duley (Terry), and Verl Duley Jr. (Sheila); grandchildren, Natasha Duley, Jessica Duley, Makinze Duley, Nathan Duley, Allan Duley, Chris Duley, Samantha Duley, Kayla Duley, Ashly Duley, Tiffany Duley, Austin Duley, Joshua Duley, Stephanie Ashcraft, and Isadora Duley; four great grandchildren; sisters, Joan Tallhamer and Barbara Tallhamer, and brother, Ralph Dobbins.
Service will be Monday, Jan. 28 , 1 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Lloyd Winans officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 27, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
