Mrs. Maude Mae Kuhn, 88, of 1605 Neilson St., widow of William J. Kuhn, died Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Hospital.
She was born in Palentine Bridge, daughter of Arthur and Frederica Hammond Dingman. In 1923 she was married to William J. Kuhn in Stamford, Conn. Mr. Kuhn died in 1964. She was a beautician.
Mrs. Kuhn was a member of Tabernacle Baptist
Church and its Women's Federation; a 50-year member of Temple Chapter O.E.S . and the Order of Amaranth, Imperial Court.
She leaves five nieces: Mrs. Robert A. (Cynthia) Pratt. Clinton: Mrs. Raymond (Elsa) Edwards, Escondido, Calif.. Mrs. Joseph (Margaret) Rosato, Cortland; Mrs. Gerald (Dorothy) Hick. Carmel and Mrs. Ann Miller, Tinley Park. Ill. and a nephew, James Small of Chicago.
The funeral will be at 10 Saturday from the Williams Funeral Home with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today. Temple Chapter O.E.S. will conduct a ritualistic service at 7:30 tonight.
