Doris Lee Blackburn, age 91, died in Dripping Springs, Texas, on February 11, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Sue L. Blackburn, and son-in-law, John Hoag, also residents of Dripping Springs.
Mrs Blackburn moved to Corpus Christi in 1938 leaving in 1975 to work at Texas Commerce Bank in Houston, Texas for 11 years, and then to Los Angeles, California, and later, Dripping Springs, to be with her daughter and son-in-law. She always returned to Corpus Christi where she was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Seaside Memorial Park, 4357 Ocean Drive
