Son of Dallas and Crissie (Dollie)Adeline Green Dickey.
He was Preceded in death by his wife Ruby Dell Voss Dickey.
J.W. was a retired construction foreman , a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of WWII and one of the founding members of the Dalark Hunting Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Moore and her husband Danny and Kay Pinnix; one son, Jeff Dickey; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Macedonia Cemetery near Dalark with Bro. Lee Denton officiating. Burial will follow by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia, AR.
