Roland C. Dibbert passed away from heart disease on April 19, 2011, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was born April 20, 1933, to Charles and Lillian (Preiser) Dibbert, in Delafield.

The family moved to Madison and Rollie graduated from Madison East High School in 1947. He met the love of his life, Norma Jean Johnson at a dance and they married in 1953, at Zion Lutheran Church in Madison.

He worked many years as a meat cutter for Piggly Wiggly, Eagle Foods, and Kohl's. He enjoyed spending many hours with his family camping, boating, and fishing. Rollie also enjoyed working on small engines, wood craft projects, and puzzles.

He is survived by his wife, Norma; sons, Dan (Beth) and Don (Lori); grandchildren, Christina, Jacob (Jenny), Margaret (Jason) Becquart, and Sarah (James) Hatchett; great-grandchildren, Lilly Becquart and Johanna Hatchett; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Edith; brother-in-law, Merlin Sachtjen; and sister, Caroline.
