A resident of Baton Rouge, she died Monday, May 20, 1996, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Jeanerette and former resident of Tickfaw. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with a rosary at 7 p.m., and 8 to 10:35 a.m Wednesday. Religious services at St. Jean Vianney Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Donald Blanchard. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by two daughters, Corinne Kaiser and Linda Roppolo, both of Baton Rouge; three sons, Leon DiBenedetto, Baton Rouge, John DiBenedetto, Metairie, and Pete DiBenedetto, Baton Rouge; a brother, Camille DiMaggio, Chicago; 16 grandchildren and 19
great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Peter DiBenedetto; parents, John and Rosa Carbona DiMaggio; nine brothers; two sisters; a grandson, Pete DiBenedetto III; and a granddaughter, Deborah Denise DiBenedetto. Pallbearers will be James C. DiBenedetto, Jerry DiBenedetto, Brett DiBenedetto, Charles Roppolo Jr., Greg Kaiser and Forest Jones. Honorary pallbearers are David Roppolo, Ryan Roppolo, Kevin DiBenedetto, John DiBenedetto Jr. and Tracy Smith. She was a parishioner of St. Jean Vianney Catholic Church and former parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
