She was a retired ARD secretary from the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office, a self-employed hairdresser and a home-maker. She was a member of the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church,
Middletown; Steelton Italian Club; Middletown Area Alumni Association and Middletown Post 594 American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dominic D. DiFrancesco; her children, Debra L. Wagner and companion, Barry; Anthony R. DiFrancesco and companion, Jennifer; Toniann Noss and husband, Ronald and Dominic (Nick) D. DiFrancesco, II and wife, Stefanie; nine grandchildren, Angela, Anthony II, Jamie, Michael, Amanda, Dominic III, Elizabeth, Zachary and Samantha; seven great-grandchildren, Brooke, Kaitlyn, Isabella, Grace, Reagan, Jackson and Olivia.
A memorial mass will be con-celebrated on Friday, September 9, 2011, at 12:00 noon, in the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Race & Conewago Streets, Middletown, with Rev. Louis P. Ogden and Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence, as celebrants. Burial will be held in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held on Friday, from 10:00 a.m., until 12:00 noon, in the church. Arrangements by Wiedeman Funeral Home, Steelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central PA Food Bank, 3908 Corey Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109, or a charity of your choice.
