Fannie Devin was apparently the twin sister of Anna Harrison Devin and daughter of Thomas Jefferson Devin and Sarah Lucretia Harrison Devin.
She is listed in the Ottumwa City Cemetery records as being in Grave Plot 156-F, which is the plot for the TJ Devin family.
Her mother was a granddaughter of President William Henry Harrison and the half-sister to President Benjamin Harrison.
Fannie's sister was born in Ohio, so I presume this is where Fannie was born. Her sister Anna and brother Scott were listed in census and local directories in 1850, 1870, and 1880. Scott (1864-1930) is also buried at the family plot. Anna (who in later years was known to be a music teacher) was last seen in 1930 census at the Iowa State Hospital in Henry.
Fannie apparently has no marker, nor do her parents.
