Clyde Curtis "Curt" Derrick, 61, of Englewood, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002, at East Tennessee Baptist Hospital in Knoxville.
A lifelong resident of Englewood, he was a son of the late Clyde Ora and Lucille Raper Derrick and was employed at Niota Textile Mill. He was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Derrick and Christy Michelle Derrick.
Survivors include the mother of his children, Marcella Derrick of Englewood; one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Greg Wilson of Copper Hill; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Kristy Derrick, Bryan and Patty Derrick, all of Niota, and Heath and Melanie Derrick of Madisonville; five brothers, Eddie Derrick of Madisonville, Pete, Tommy and Guinn Derrick and Darrell Stiles, all of Englewood; three sisters, Helen Martin, Lena May Reno, both of Englewood, and Brenda Devine of Madisonville; six grandchildren, Jason, Austin, Riley, Justin and Megan Derrick and Jeremy Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.
