She was born Elizabeth Helen Dennis 16 June 1931 in Long Branch, New Jersey. She passed quietly on 20 July 2011 when she was unexpectedly called home to her LORD, Jesus Christ. She graduated Asbury Park High School class of 1948. She was a member of the Rainbow Girls Iris Chapter in Belmar, New Jersey, and in 1949 she joined the Order of the Eastern Star Molly Pitcher Chapter in Red Bank, New Jersey.

She is currently a member of the Molly Pitcher Chapter #198 Freehold, New Jersey. She lived her life as a strong military wife making sacrifices, giving to others and all the other things that entailed. She was a Real Estate Loan Officer for Security Service Federal Credit Union for 15 years.

She lived 19 years at Texas 281 RV Park where she continues to have many friends. She attended the Little Rock Chapel in that community and loved all those special people. Most recently she resided at the Franklin Park Sonterra Community where she made many new friends.

She was a member of Cactus Campers RV group, River City Travelers RV club, Military 59er's, Southwinders and held offices in those clubs. She also worked as a volunteer at Smithson Valley Food Bank. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, William and Lillian Dennis of Oakhurst New Jersey; her three brothers Larry, Ross and Charles Dennis; previous husbands, William Clawson and Raymond E. Jeffrey III of Long Branch, New Jersey.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Brisco Jr., of San Antonio Texas; Her three children, Cynthia and her husband Bill, Terri and her husband Billy, and Raymond and his wife Linda; grandchildren Nicole, William and Casey; step grandchildren Ryan and his wife Jill, Heather and her husband Jeff; one great grandson, Jaxson; her extended family, the children and grandchildren of Joseph Brisco; many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, Kathy Marrs, Charles Dennis, Jr., of Virginia, Ross Dennis, Jr., Lynne Koenig, and Gary Dennis, Sr. of New Jersey, Peter Jeffrey of Massachusetts, William Dennis of Florida and their families.


Interment will be in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in the name of Beth Brisco to the Little Rock Chapel of Texas 281 RV Park 33300 Hwy 281 North, Bulverde, Texas 78163.
