Glen G. Deardorff graduated from Azusa Pacific College in Southern California and married Emmalee Friedlien, of Greenville, Ill., in 1935.
He was a B-24 pilot during World War II and, after the war, he settled in the Bay Area to raise a family and work as regional sales manager for Alcoa.
He and his wife retired to Hathaway Pines in 1975, living in Sunrise Point for 30 years.
Mr. Deardorff is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Georgene, of Castro Valley; his daughter and son-in-law, Lori and John Deacon, of Avery; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Emmalee.
