DeVault, Anna L. DeVault, nee Morris
Mrs. Anna L. DeVault, 80, a resident of 317 South Ave., Dover, the past 39 years, died Wednesday in Union Hospital at Dover after a long illness.
She was born in Noble County, a daughter of the late Jacob and Hannah Nalley Morris and was a member of the Protective Home Circle of Dover. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy G. Devault Sr., in 1955, a daughter, two granddaughters, three sisters and four brothers.
Surviving are two daughters and six sons, Mrs. Dean (Rosalie) Young, William H. and Martin D. of Dover, Mrs. Harold (Marjorie) Burkett, Edward E. and Roy G. Jr. of Beach City and Francis W. and Garry A. of Strasburg; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Reynolds of Martins Ferry; 24 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; and 17 step-great-grandchildren.
Rev. Edward Keller will officiate at services Saturday at 11 in Toland-Herzig Funeral Home at Dover. Interment will be in Dover Burial Park. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorials be made to the intensive care unit of Union Hospital.
