Ethel F. Parsons, 81, of Barefoot Bay, FL, and formerly of Stafford Springs, died Monday (Dec 24, 2001) at her home. She was born in Stafford Springs, daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Vickers) Depeau.
Ethel was a waitress at the former Palace restaurant and a machine operator at AMF-CUNO.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William A. and Janice (Kaleta) Parsons of Union; a daughter, Karen Mielguj of Barefoot Bay, FL; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a brother, William H. Depeau of Harrisburg, PA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec 29, at Introvigne Funeral Home Inc., 51 East Main St, Stafford Springs. Burial followed in Union Center Cemetery, Union.
