DeLuca, Bernadette Marie (maiden name, Godkin), of South San Francisco, California at rest Saturday, June 22nd, 2013 at home in the presence of family. Daughter of the late Earl and Roberta Godkin, dearly beloved wife for 50 years; loving mother of two daughters, adoring grandmother of four; sister of five and dearly loved aunt of many nieces and nephews as well as devoted Godmother to many. Born in San Francisco, April 21, 1941; moved to South San Francisco during her grammar school years. Graduated from San Francisco State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Lifetime Teaching Credential. She taught school in S.S.F. and Colma for both the Archdiocese of San Francisco as a second grade teacher and for the S.S.F. Public School District as a substitute teacher for 17 years. Received the Distinguished Graduate Award from All Souls Catholic School on January 27th, 2005.
