Barbara Sue Amie, 66, of Biloxi, passed into the arms of the Lord on April 30 in Biloxi. She was a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 42 years and a member of Bay Vista Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father Ray Day, her father and mother-in-law Joe and Zula Amie and granddaughter Gabrielle Fleming. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Charles "Chuck" Joseph Amie; daughters and their husbands: Charlotte (Tony) Abbenante of Raleigh, NC; Gena (Mike) Carnley of Prattville, AL; Denise (Stan) Fleming of Colorado Springs, CO; and Donna (Terry) Wilson of Bassfield, MS; mother Exa Day of Amarillo, TX; sisters: Radene West of Amarillo, TX; Marie Wilcox of Eustace, TX; brother Charles Day of Big Sandy, TX; eight grandchildren, one granddaughter-in-law and one great-granddaughter.
