Marion F. Breeding age 83 of Clayton passed away on May 10, 2014 in Meadow Lakes in Mooresville. She was born on April 6, 1931 in Thornton, KY. to William and Sally Ann Holbrook Day. She married Richard A. Breeding on December 24, 1949, he preceded her in death.

Marion was a homemaker and worked at RCA for 16 years. She loved to read, sew, and was a devoted mother to her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Dick Breeding and wife, Tina, Sondra Cooper and husband, Ron; brother, Arthur Day; sisters, Mary Jo Webb, Myrtle Ann Mead; granddaughters, Mandy Carnell, Shannon Dannel, Tori and Kaitlin Breeding and a great-grandson, Patrick Carnell.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Mildred Hodge and Marguerite Louise Polly.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Clayton Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in the funeral home.
