Mrs. Price died Saturday (Jul 5, 1980) in a local nursing home after a lengthy illness.
She was born July 1, 1899, in Slocum, a daughter of J.F. Day and Mrs. Bea Hanks Day. Mrs. Price was a member of the First Christian Church of Blackfoot.
Her husband, Fitzhugh Price, died Nov 10, 1973.
Survivors include three sons, Ormund D. Price of Orange, Marion W. Price of Palestine, and Lester Price of Desoto; a brother, W.Z. Day of Palestine; and three grandchildren, Ricky Price, and Judy Huffaker of Desoto, and Janet Price of Palestine.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Jenkins, J.C. Price, Larry Price, Reagan Jenkins, Don Ewers, and Roy Pettiette.
