Brian P. Davis, 40, of Rosewood Lane died at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, June 8, 2008, in a motorcycle accident in Columbus.

Mr. Davis was employed at A.K. Tube and was a member of Messiah Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and working on cars.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Terry Branum officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Wednesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charities.

Born in Columbus on Oct. 24, 1967, Mr. Davis was the son of Gene and Brenda Blaker Davis.

Survivors include his parents, of Columbus; daughters, Ashley (Jason) Fetter and Heather Davis, both of Columbus; a brother, Gene (Angela) Davis of Frankfort; grandsons, Derek Weber and Dillon Fetter; and his grandmother, Geneva Davis of Columbus.
