DAVIS, Alice Marie " Age 79, of Roseburg, Oregon, passed away at her home on January 23, 2006. She was born in Bluejacket, Oklahoma, on May 18, 1926, to Elmer and Alberta (Foxworthy) Mason. Alice moved to Coos Bay, Oregon, in 1955. In the early 1960's Alice married John Espie Davis. She lived in Coos Bay until four years ago before moving to Roseburg. Alice enjoyed doing needlework. Survivors include her children, Bill Ferrell of Coos Bay; Sharon Young of Klamath Falls, Oregon; Beverly Scevers of Roseburg; numerous grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; brothers, James Mason of Coos Bay; Vernon Mason; Elmer Mason; Melvin Mason of Oklahoma; sisters, Alberta Winfrey; and Anna Graham of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Davis who passed away in March of 1991; daughter, Delores Plummer who passed away in December of 1991; son, Harold Ferrell who passed away in 1987; and five brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2006, at Sunset Memorial Park in Coos Bay with Reverend Edward M. Scevers officiating.
