PANA -- Mrs John B (Josephine I Dilley) Davis, 68, of Pana died 2:30 a.m. Sunday (May 14, 1989) in Country Care Nursing Home, Pana.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Lockart & Sons Funeral Home, Shelbyville, with visitation one hour before services. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
Mrs Davis was born in Henton, daughter of John and Stella Armstrong Dilley. She married James Halbert Davis in 1959. He died in 1988.
Surviving are her sons, Al Len Davis and James Adams, both of Tower Hill; mother of Shelbyville; brothers, Paul Dilley of Tower Hill; Gene Dilley of Lakewood; Dale and Benny Dilley, both of Shelbyville; Woodrow and George Dilley, both of Olney; John Dilley of Billings, MT; James Dilley of Chicago; Jesse Dilley of Pana; sisters, Bertha Wicker of Tower Hill; Alberta Brown and Shirley Jones, both of Pana; Letha Thomas of Lacey Springs, AL. One son, one daughter, one brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
