MARNEYE MAY COULTER
Marneye May Coulter, 92, a resident of Cashmere for the past 13 years, died Sunday morning, May 17, 1998, in the Cashmere Convalescent Center.
She was born on May 2, 1906, to Henry Joseph and Angelina (Miles-Steele) Davidson in Pittsburg, Ga. The family later moved to Russellville, Ark., where she grew up and received her early education.
On Feb. 18, 1926, she married Marion Albert Coulter in Chicago. In 1942, they moved to Renton, where they made their home, and in 1985, they moved to Cashmere.
She was a member of the Evergreen Southern Baptist Church in Cashmere.
Mrs. Coulter is survived by one daughter, Bobbye Jo Sloan of Cashmere; two grandsons, James Dollar of Kent and Robert Parker of Cashmere; and three great-grandchildren, Deanna, David and Marneye. She was preceded in death by her husband in September 1985, two brothers and three sisters.
Arrangements are by Ward's Chapel, Leavenworth.
