"Wm Davidson a native of Co Antrim Ireland and after a resident of 15 years at Bourg Louis died in Sept 1867 aged 85 years.
Erected by his son Thomas in loving memory of his exceptional devotion to his children, desolated at an early age by the death of their beloved mother who sleeps since 1841 in Connor Graveyard, Co. Antrim Ireland."
