Geraldine Boulton, 98, of Greenville, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Legend Health Care. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Koger officiating. Interment will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be 12:30 PM until service time, Wednesday.
Mrs. Boulton was born in Jacobia, Texas on May 27, 1917. She was the daughter of Willie Roscoe Daugherty and Mabel Reynolds Daugherty Wilsey. She married Leon B. Boulton, Sr. on July 7, 1940 in Greenville. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Leon B. Boulton, Jr. and wife, Cindy of Greenville; grandchildren, Bobby Boulton and wife, Karen of Van Alystyne and Christy Murphy of McKinney; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Colton, Kaleb, Toby and Abby; and sister-in-law, Robbie Moseley of Greenville. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister, Helen Forgey; brothers, Clifton Daugherty and Raymond Daugherty.
Pallbearers will be John Bench, Danny Burns, Matt Koger, Kent Holland, Jim Nelson and Bo Hartline.
