The will of Nancy Daubenspeck was probated yesterday. After giving Etta and Effie Daubenspeck $1,000 each with some personal property, a bequest of $2,000 was made to William Thrasher. Ivy Daubenspeck is to receive some effects of the estate. The balance of the property is to go to the Indianapolis Orphan Asylum. It will amount to a sum between $4,000 and $5,000. Dr. Levi Ritter is the executor.
